We are based at Lake 1, Dengemarsh Road, Lydd, Kent TN29 9JH, around 15 minutes from Ashford, close to East Sussex, and within reach of London, the Dartford Tunnel, Rye, Camber, Folkestone, Hythe, Hastings and the Kent and Sussex border.

Aqua Park
Take on our floating inflatable obstacle course with slides, climbing sections, balance challenges and plenty of chances to fall in laughing. The Aqua Park is a brilliant group activity because everyone can watch, cheer, race, help each other and enjoy the shared chaos.
Inflatable Fun Rides
The Fun Rides are perfect for corporate groups who want speed, splashes and laughter. Your team can take on the Banana Boat, Sofa Ride or another exciting inflatable ride depending on availability. It is simple, high-energy and always good fun to watch.
Stand Up Paddleboarding
Stand Up Paddleboarding is ideal for a calmer but still entertaining part of the day. It works well for mixed-confidence groups and gives guests time to enjoy the lake, build balance, work together and have a laugh.
Water-skiing or Wakeboarding
These are brilliant activities for team building because many guests may never have tried it before. With 1:1 instruction and a progressive learning approach, it gives people a real sense of achievement when they get up and ride.
Flyboarding
Flyboarding is an unforgettable premium activity. With water jets attached to your feet and 1:1 instruction through a helmet communication system, you take to the water and look at flying above the lake. It is a fantastic experience for thrill seekers and a brilliant photo opportunity from your private Flyboarding dock.

Water-skiing is a sport not many people have tried but once conquered gives you a real sense of achievement and satisfaction.
A day including 4 of our most popular activities for 24 guests could look like this:
- 09:00 Arrival, sign in, change, safety briefing & dryland training,
- 09:45 Water-ski/Wakeboard lessons. With 2 boats you get a dynamic, fun experience where you can all watch one another. No experience required as we use a progressive learning method, suitable for experts and 1st timers.
- 11:45 Fun Rides, an inflatable Slippery "Banana" & Relaxing "Sofa" are towed behind the speed boat. Who will stay on the longest?
- 12:30 Break for lunch - hot and cold food available from the Lakeside Food Shack
- 13:30 Stand-up Paddleboarding, full instruction is given, a great way to chill and enjoy the lake.
- 14:30 Aqua Park Adventure, this could be the highlight of the day as everyone takes to the challenge of the floating obstacle course. A lot of laughter and. little swimming is guaranteed.
- 15:30 Change & relax, maybe grab a snack & enjoy the lake views
