Chill, Relax & Glide along the water on our Stand-Up Paddle Boards, the perfect test of balance and coordination.
Great fun for the whole family, you can stand, kneel or sit on the boards so everyone can have a go. We have boards to suit all ages from 6 to 60+.
Your SUPing experience will include tuition before you head out on the water, with our instructors on hand at all times to give you handy tips.
As you balance on the board your legs and core will get a great workout keeping you stable, and paddling works your arms and shoulders. Who knew working out could be fun?
All equipment is included with paddleboard rental, wetsuits & buoyancy aids, the cost is just £22pp

Monday & Thursday mornings 9:30am and 10:30am, is the best time to bring your own SUP or use one of ours as you enjoy the tranquillity of the whole lake.
A lovely social morning with laughs, fun and fitness.
Our staff will be on hand with handy hints.
The whole lake is also available on the1st & 3rd Monday evening of the month with sessions at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm, ideal for an end-of-day paddle with your own or use our equipment.

Bring up to 5 guests to share this amazing board with you. Will more people mean faster paddling or more falling off.
An adult must accompany children under 10 on the Multi Person Stand Up Paddle Board.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding with your dog - the best tail wagging and laughter you can share with your pup! Experience this new and exciting activity together, in the great outdoors!
Our instructors are on hand to offer you guidance and assistance. Once you're happy on the board, your pup can join you.
These sessions are all about enjoyment with your dog; it really is the best fun you can have with your furry friend.
Session Times:
Every Monday and Thursday at 9:30 am & 10:30 am
The 1st & 3rd Monday evening of the month at 5:30 or 6:30 pm. Ideal for an end-of-day after-school or work paddle.

Important Information
- Price: From £15.99 per person, including all equipment
- Best for: Beginners, children, families, groups, returning paddlers and anyone looking for a relaxed way to enjoy the lake
- Swimming ability: Confidence in the water and ability to swim is essential
- Children under 11: We recommend children under 11 are accompanied by an adult on the lake
- Children under 8: We recommend children under 8 share a SUP with an adult, please add SUP Passenger at checkout
- Session style: 1-hour Stand Up Paddleboarding session, including a 10-minute tuition and safety briefing
- Water type: Private freshwater lake
- Equipment: Stand Up Paddleboard, paddle, wetsuit hire and buoyancy aid hire included with rental SUP bookings, no hidden extras
- Coaching: Friendly tuition and safety guidance to help you get started, build confidence and enjoy your time on the water
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 45 minutes before your session. This gives you time to check in, change in to your wetsuit and buoyancy aid, and attend the safety briefing and training
- On site: Free parking onsite, toilets, changing rooms and hot showers.
- Lake View Cafe serving hot food or you are welcome to bring a picnic
Pups on SUPs
Please note the following important information:
We love dogs at the lake and want everyone to have the best time. You are responsible for your dog at all times
- Dogs must be friendly, well-socialised. If your dog is showing aggression towards other dogs or humans you will be asked to leave.
- Dog owners are welcome to let their dog off lead but must take responsibility for their safety and actions.
- Action Watersports take no responsibility for your dog or its actions, you must keep them safe and if your dog harms another dog or person it will fall under your own liability.
- If you or your dog are harmed by someone else’s dog you must resolve the matter with the dog’s owner – we take no responsibility for the actions of the dogs attending.
- Confidence in the water and ability to swim is essential - for you and your dog
- Any damage to equipment caused by your dog MUST be paid for
- Harsh handling and unsocial dogs will result in the dog and handler being asked to leave Action Watersports immediately.
