Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser: The promoter of this competition is Action Watersports.

2. Competition Platform: The competition is being held on Action Watersports' official Instagram and Facebook pages.

3. Competition Duration:

   • The giveaway will run every Monday for four consecutive weeks.
   • Each giveaway period starts on Monday at 12:00 AM and ends on Sunday at 11:59 PM.
   • Winners will be announced the following Monday.

4. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to residents aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees of Action Watersports, their families, and anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

5. Entry Rules:

   • Follow the entry rules specified in each giveaway post, as they may vary.
   • Participants must enter all four competitions to be eligible for the main prize draw.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement:

   • Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
   • Winners will be announced on the official Action Watersports Instagram and Facebook pages and will be directly messaged by the official Action Watersports account.

7. Prizes:

   • Weekly prizes will vary and will be detailed in each giveaway post.
   • The main prize draw will only be valid if participants have entered all four weekly competitions.
   • Prizes can be redeemed up to 6 months after receipt.

8. Claiming Prizes:

   • Winners will be required to provide their name, email address, and phone number to claim their prize.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Action Watersports reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

9. Data Protection:

   • Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
   • By entering the competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize entry.

10. Liability:

    • Action Watersports accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
    • Action Watersports reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
    • Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. Acceptance of Terms:

    • By participating in this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [Your Country/State] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country/State].

12. Social Media:

    • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your information to Action Watersports and not to any other party.
