As our regulars are aware the lake gets very busy & booking in advance is essential. Please help everyone by only booking if you are sure you can make it, as unnecessary re-scheduling causes problems for other customers.
In order to try & make booking easier for all please note the following:
Bookings
- Full, non refundable payment is due at time of booking
- In the event of you wishing to cancel or change we will try to re-sell your lesson. If this is possible the payment will be credited less a 25% booking fee.
Block Bookings
- Valid for 3 months from date of purchase
- Valid for purchaser & direct family members only
- Not valid for beginners
Jet Ski Rental
- £50 Cash deposit required at time of rental
Jet Ski Owners
- Insurance documents must be shown before launching, covering the craft and all riders.
- Refunds will not be given if insurance not produced
