Action Watersports' private fresh water lake is situated in 'The Garden of England', within easy reach of the M20. Just 15 miles from M20 junction 10, close to Ashford, Camber, Canterbury, Hastings and Folkestone. Follow the signs for Lydd Airport and then the brown Watersports signs in Lydd. From the west (A259) Take the A259, signed Folkestone, Dover out of Rye. After approximately a mile, at East Guldeford, turn right onto Camber Road, signed Camber. Follow this road through Camber and across the East Sussex/Kent border. On the entrance to Lydd, follow the main road round to the right, signed Lydd Airport, past the Army camp and, at the junction with Robin Hood Lane, take the right turn down Dengemarsh Road. Action Watersports is about 500 yards on the right. From the north (M20) Leave the M20 at Junction 10 towards Ashford and take the A2070 towards Brenzett and Hastings. At the Brenzett Roundabout, opposite a Texaco Filling Station, take the left fork signed A259 Lydd Airport. Follow the Lydd Airoprt signs, turning right into Romney Road. Go past Lydd Airport and follow the main road into Robin Hood Lane. As the road goes into a right hand turn into Tourney Road, signed Camber, go straight on into Dengemarsh Lane. Action Watersports is about 500 yards on the right. From the east (A259) From the A259 Folkestone to Rye road, after leaving New Romney, follow the Lydd Airoprt signs, turning left into Romney Road. Go past Lydd Airport and follow the main road into Robin Hood Lane. As the main road goes into a right hand turn into Tourney Road, signed Camber, keep straight on into Dengemarsh Lane. Action Watersports is about 500 yards on the right. |
